I came in on a Saturday and I bought some pants for my daughter, I was not given a receipt. When we went to take them back for a bigger size..(the dressing rooms were closed, so we couldn't try them on,) the clerk walked away and laughed at us. She did not even answer me..the other clerk who obviously felt bad for us, told us we could not return them because we did not have a receipt. I understand that there a lot of people who steal from stores. I am a long time customer and I am not a liar or a thief. I also understand that stores lose a lot of money to shoplifters and have to try to stop the flood. Although I understand this..what about he customer who really didn't get a receipt? I did not appreciate being treated like a theif and did not appreciate this young lady not even answering me and walking away laughing. I have been a customer for Susie's Deals since the day they opened. (I have daughters) I will not go back to a store where I am treated with such a lack of respect.
