I called the police when a couple men were smoking drugs from a pipe in my neighbor's backyard when they weren't home. They asked what they should do about it. I told them to come by and ticket them or something! They said they would see what they could do but never even drove by. These police don't do anything unless someone important is watching. The men DROVE away high a half hour later.
