Awesome dental office! The nicest staff and doctor. My children love it here!!
I would never take them anywhere else

Visited this dentis location several years ago loved it office staff Monica is rude and unprofessional. Office manager Rene is no better spoke with a dentist dr Anderson I think female and laughed at me when I called to make a complaint regarding the treatment I received. Please find another location for your children dental needs

My child received treatment and in the process a adult tooth was damaged. When I called the doctor for help she was unprofessional and was even abusive to me by saying I should have brought her in earlier that day even though she was sleeping from being up till 3 a.m. in pain. When I explained I had tried to follow her instructions and give her over the counter pain releavers first she again critsized me for not bringing her in that day. It was clear she was annoyed at being bothered after hours and blamed me. She demanded I bring her in yet another day which is a 20 min drive for me. I told her I would But could she please prescribe something just for tonight so my child could sleep. She said she did not feel comfortable with that. I personally. Can not understand any person not alone a doctor who could feel comfortable leaving a child in pain all night. This unfortunately was the last straw with this dentist. As in her prior visit she gave my child too much laughing gas causing a bad reaction because she failed to ask her any questions; how are you feeling. AND she removed a additional tooth without informing me. I hope this helps someone else avoid a horrible experience. This information was all from my child as she told me in tears in pain as my heart broke. As a parent that is the worst pain.

This place of business is clean, friendly, and does a good jpb too.
