Went to Freddie's in Magnolia May 31, 2015. Place was filthy dirty. 20 tables in the dining area; 3 had customers at them, 1 had an employee that was taking a break. 15 open tables available and every single one of them was dirty. Trash receptacles were overflowing with trash. Floor had French fries, melted custard, plastic utensils and assorted napkins all over the place ! Counted 9 employees behind the counter during our visit and 3 were leaning against fixtures in the back talking ! Not one employee was in the dining area cleaning up. The last straw was when we saw a SMALL ROACH crawling on the edge of the basket that my little girl had been eating her meal from !! Spoke to the manager and she did not seem too concerned; said the problem was they were short handed.... REALLY ??? with three employees basically doing nothing more than standing around talking !! Called the next day to discuss further. Spoke to the same manager and she said all the things she needed to say but did not once invite our family back to see that things had been corrected or offer to make it right. Left comments and contact info on Freddie's website in the contact us area 5 days ago and have yet to hear back from them. Unbelievable.!! They have lost a good customer and I have begun spreading the word about our experience with friends and co-workers due to their total lack of concern and poor way of handling this situation not to mention letting the restaurant get in such filthy condition. Unacceptable Freddie's..... unacceptable.
