Awesome group of folks running this place...very knowledgeable & always willing to explain how things go together and come apart, if you're interested in how your equipment operates...also match/beat big retailer costs on standard parts, which I've always found them to have in stock...if you'd rather deal with a real person vs. a computer, this is the place to go.

I highly recommend Jason. The times I've been in there to have my generator or my mower worked on he is honest and always provided great service.

Zero star rating. Do not buy Tractor Supply Warranty for mowers, etc. No support. K & G is a complete rip off to customer and warranty company. They might get it running, and try to sell you extra stuff, question is how do you get your mower back. Lie, Lie, Lie. Different story each call. I was told if I complained about them to the Warranty company my job would go to the back of the list. I may never see my mower now.

I've used K&G on several occasions, and always found them to be honest, and accurate in their completion time. Planning to use them again very soon.
