Do not get your car battery replaced here! I have (over the last few years) had 4 batteries replaced by this NTB in different cars. All of the batteries were "new" with a 3 year "warranty." All of the batteries died completely before 1 year was even up. I had all of the batteries replaced by them under their warranty; the replacements were free, minus the $50 installation fee. The replacement batteries all died within a year as well, giving me almost 2 years on each 3 year brand new (high end) car battery. They will not replace the battery a third time. I personally believe they re-use batteries, they take old ones returned on warranties, add some water and charge it and then sell it to you as new. Maybe my assumption is wrong, but I have never had this issue with batteries purchased anywhere else.



Besides this, they are very expensive (even with a coupon for oil changes, ect.) Most of the time the guys in the store are nice enough and they do not typically find problems that I know don't exist (i.e. Jiffy Lube.) You can get an appointment online and they have a decent waiting area with coffee (like every auto repair place.) Overall though, I would not trust this NTB, or NTB as a company. I've been a customer their for many years (going back over 12 years to different NTB stores.) I will never again use NTB, ever, for anything. They have completely lost my trust. They are second to Comcast in my book.



If you are looking for a good place to work on your car in the Magnolia area, I suggest Magnolia Auto Specialists (Note: I don't work for them, have stock in them, I wasn't hired by them, ect.) I have just found them to be honest hard workers that charge a fair rate and don't cheat on batteries. Thus I give them a thumbs up for the fair work they have done for me.

I have to say, I was always weary about NTB because they are so high in costs, but you cant beat the quality of the services and thats what my car needs. Epi and Mike helped ease my mind checking if something was wrong with my car. I am extremely happy and will continue to come here for the honesty that was given.

A great, professional experience for a change. I called first. Since the quoted price beat out Discount Tires for my Honda Van, I hurried to this location. The representative was honest in telling me he wouldn't be able to guarantee the tires presently in stock for an unlimited time. There was a buy 3, get one free special, but even when I found good prices on tires at other places, it would be cancelled out virtually with the labor cost, and the like. He rang me up just as we had discussed on the phone. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a courtesy vehicle to take us down the road to run the errands I had to run. Still, I went to Dallas a "Happy Camper".
