Honestly terrible service. We had to ask for our own menus, they gave us tiny little plastic forks to eat with, forgot our wing appetizer, didn't refill drinks, my bill was incorrect. Anything they could have done wrong, they did. It was a pretty bad experience!!

the pizza we ordered was hot and good. feed the kids and was great for mom!

Rude employees and lazier managers. A employee was so rude to me because I asked for a new pizza because mine had no cheese. A female manager Cindy comes to the window while eating a piece of pizza and tells me I had to deal with it. She refused to give me her name and I asked for the cooperate number and at first she refused to give me that as well. I finally saw her name Tag when a piece of pizza fell off he shirt and she licked it off her shirt. Never go back again.

What a mess!!!!! For quick pizza, go to Zini's across the street,. For better Italian, go to Eden's or Tavola's right around the corner.



I've been to the Pizza Hut twice now - couldn't tell you how the food tastes because I've been totally ignored both times - both at the window and inside the restaurant. No lack of employees but they are more interested in talking to each other than to customers.



I spoke with a frustrated-looking manager on the first occasion and she apologized saying they were still in training. Two months later - still in training?????? Nope, just bad service.
