I ordered balusters for my stairs and unfortunately they ended up getting lost in shipment. After working with Shannon at Stair Warehouse I was sent a second replacement set of balusters. The original set was never found, but Shannon shipped out the replacement set quickly. I wish more companies had this type of customer service.

Thanks you for taking my order and sending it in a timely manner. After wasting much time and about 600 dollars ordering from two different companies, and still not having any recourse on retuning the non-scrolls they sent me, it is a real surprise and pleasure to deal with an honest company. :-)

After a month of renovations, I finally took the plastic sleeves off the new balusters today! They turned out beautifully-thanks for holding my hand through the project!



I had a couple of other companies bid the job, but the material they showed me was not nearly as nice as what I purchased from you. I did have to hire my own carpenter to redo the banisters and my own painter to stain, but am really pleased with the finished product.
