I certainly understand the positive ratings on other sites as the products are decently constructed and a lot of fun (until there is damage). Be careful with their warranty—I was told that they could not fix a warrantied part because they no long sell that component (rope ladder) but that I could pay for a brand new rock wall to go in its place. But the bigger problem is that they can’t seem to honor my warranty related to my slide (and they have agreed that it is under warranty). Apparently (a year later) they are still waiting on the manufacturer. My children lost an entire year on the slide. One of the reasons we purchased from this company was for the warranty—money not well spent. My advice is that if you buy their products hope that they don’t stop selling the components included in your set and that nothing breaks because your kids might be in college before repairs are made.
