Terrible experience. Took the car in because the car wouldn't start and noticed the trunk was taking in water. Cadillac fixed the starter and said the third break light break light was the reason for the leak. Got the car back and noticed it was still starting hard and the trunk was still taking in water. Took the car back in and was told the battery was dead. I had mentioned I had the battery was tested at auto zone before bringing it in but the representative assured me the battery failed the test. Two weeks later the csr is not starting again and when I called back the service manager Ritchie was rude and wanted to tell me how much his battery tester cost and how his technicians know Cadillacs better than anyone yet I'm still with a car that won't start after two visits and a huge bill. Only giving two stars because and I use his words he would "entertain" looking at the car for me but couldnt provide a loaner for at least a week. Was willing to give the place the benefit of the doubt but now will never go to Cadillac of Mahwah ever again and warn others not too either.
