Check your invoices. they often forget deduct the coupon off the total price of the bill. This has happened twice to me in the last 3 times I have gone there. They have made good on the difference but it is really annoying and makes me wonder....

Like the former review stated; service is both timely and professional but well overpriced on parts/labor. Inquired about a quote to change a belt (on an older vehicle...'97) and was floored when was quoted a price of $349.00!! (OK, $329 with a AAA discount). I asked why the cost was so expensive since the part is only $60.00 and was told "Well you do want the job done right, don't ya?!" In this economy, for someone to charge nearly $300 for labor (for less than an hours work) is despicable! A true "rip-off" if i ever saw one!!



P.S. I called other automotive centers in the area for the same job and received quotes anywhere from the $100 to $125 range.
