It never fails that every time we request hold mail there is always a problem. Employees are not helpful and at times rude. Didn't know there was a bell I just kept screaming for someone to help me. She came out and was upset with me...then threw the mail on the counter and said good day. Maybe a sign should be placed on the counter so that people would know there was a bell behind the computer on the wall. Instead of her yelling at me that I should have rang the bell. What is their problem?
