This has got to be the worst family phy. ever!! I'll try and keep it short! I'd give the a "0" but obviously they wont allow so if your reading find another doc. so negatives-good luck talking to someone on the phone they NEVER answer and if by some miracle you do get someone and set up an app. odds are the doc you were scheduled to see, well you see another! Doc are horrible they act as if you are an inconvenience to them. Like why are you here, and when you explain why you are there you may get a lecture instead of solid treatment. Again horrible experience all around. If you need to cancel an app again good luck getting someone to answer the phone. They do have an answering machine. Leave a message as to you not being able to make an app. next thing you know you get a bill for $25. Canceling an app. Even though you left a message 24 + hrs in advance of your scheduled appointment. Obviously its up to you, at least now theres one review on this crappy place. Do your home work find another!!
