Worst place I have ever been to. Shaved ALL of my dogs hair off. Charged me $100, told me I knew that's what they were doing and offered no apology. I never would have agreed to have them shave all of her hair off! She's a Maltese!!!!

I have never been to a more unprofessional shop in my life. Not only was the grooming awful but I smelled the smell of marijuana when i Went to pick my poor dog up.

If there was a ZERO star rating, that's what I would have given. I have never had such a bad experience with a "small business" before. I went to Shear Pawfection on Sunday the 15th with my two dogs. My golden retriever came out fine however my 6 month old yellow lab came out disgusting, with crud still in his ears and on his face (which is why I had brought him in). I was told I could pick up my dogs at 3:30pm. At 3:45pm I called (because I was supposed to receive a call when they were ready, but did not) and they said the dogs wouldn't be ready until 4:30. This was unacceptable to me because I had to leave for work at 4pm! If I had had more notice, I could have made other arrangements.



Upon picking up my dogs, I realized that my yellow lab pup was still dirty and questions the young guy behind the counter about if he had even gotten the bath. At that point I was already late for work and he just said "I'll clean him a gain if you want...". This obviously wasn't an option for me since I was already late to work. I emailed the owner with pictures of my dog so she could see what he looked like and why I was complaining. She never emailed me back. I have called THREE times this week and never was able to get in touch with the owner. I left two messages with the person who answered but never got a call back. I called just now (on 9/20/13) at around 9:35am and the woman basically laughed at my complaints on the phone, and of course the owner was not in.



I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. It's dirty, poor customer service, and way over priced for what they "offer". My dog is NOT clean after being there. All I wanted from them was to clean my dog again and because I never even received a response or "I'm sorry" I want to warn those to go elsewhere to get your dog groomed. I could have done a better job myself at home and saved my money.
