We are Maitland residents and TWICE now have received tickets in the mail for failing to wait a certain amount of time before making a right turn at a red light. At one intersection there was no signage indicating to stop first. I have noticed some intersections in the city have a white sign indicating to stop first, while others don't. (Keep in mind this is different than intersections that have a red arrow light indicating no turn on red or a white sign indicating NO turns allowed on red).



Please understand how confusing this is for residents. If you are going to be in the business of punishing your residents for innocent mistakes, then perhaps you can use some of my money to actually make signage at intersections more uniform and consistent. As it is, we try to warn our friends now to avoid driving your streets if possible.
