Thank you, Daniel J. Your opinion, as a man in business, yourself, is worth a lot. I will take your advice, concerning this hub-cap business and its poor customer service.

I'm just disgusted with the service I got from the gentleman who answered the phone. Not only was everything he said based on assumptions he was making before I could even finish talking. But the guy was just rude and unfriendly. I would never bring business to him if I had to walk 50 miles just to get to the nearest similar business. Not only that but I own a company as well and I would never go into a lucrative business proposal with that company if that's the guy I would be dealing with. Do yourself a favor and skip this place, there's 20 more like it that perform way better at customer service alone.
