Customer service and house service is poor. It took 3 weeks to service our sprinkler system instead of 2 weeks because their office scheduler lost the paperwork for the day that we were scheduled. She admitted that. She promises a future date and no one shows up because she gives us the wrong date. We are not told that the service man will be an hour late. No courtesy call for the lateness. The first service person they sent out didn't fix the leak.

It took another service person a day later to fix the leak. We were't told that we had a bad valve inside our house - no way to see that- until 6 months later - when our pipes froze and cracked! (This way they can charge us more when they come back to replace cracked pipes!)

Service Technician was very polite and helpful, he was professional and worked efficiently to correct my sprinkler system issues. They installed my system years and has worked great - other than normal maintenance, we've had no major problems. Good, fair pricing too.

I've used this company for several years and even though the office staff were less than pleasant, the techs were reliable. However, this year they have not been reliable and the office staff were rude. No returned calls, missed appointments. Not a professional business at all.
