Do Not expect to receive your full deposit back if you move out! The villas are very lovely and I lived there almost 4 years but when I was expecting as promised in the lease contract to get my deposit back if I left it clean and the carpets cleaned. I didn’t even receive half of what my deposit was. Very disappointing for a model tennant!
