Founded in 1999, Tailored for Success is a social service and welfare organization. It empowers economically disadvantaged women to return to the workforce. Based in Malden, Mass., the company distributes free business suits/career clothing, provides interview coaching/professional image consulting and the opportunity to participate in career development workshops. Tailored for Success also operates a resale/consignment boutique. Clients are served in an upscale retail boutique where they can shop for a wide variety of career clothing and accessories, donated by the general public.
