Do not let Steve or any of his employees touch your car. I don't care two cents about his history as a detailer, he caused $4k of damage to my $170K plus car last month and just walked away like he didn't do a thing. He or his employees used an acidic product on my leather dash, which I am sure was an accident, but after the damage was done he only offered to refund what I paid him and gave excuses that his family was sick and he was going broke (good way to deal with causing $4k of damage to someone's car). I asked for his insurance multiple times and he refused to provide it and has since ignored every request since then. So I am left going through my own insurance. No one, again, no one, should use Steve, he is a terrible businessman and doesn't know what he is doing and clearly doesn't stand by his work and likely doesn't have insurance (if he did why wouldn't he provide it). DONT USE THIS GUY. Whether you drive a lower end car or a high end car like me, this is the worse possible choice. I am continuing to pursue action against Steve and his company as I can't stand people who run shoddy businesses and think it is okay to damage other people's stuff and just walk away.
