One of the worst experiences I've had. I decided to complete their defensive driving course today since I am very limited on time. The course kept locking me out for no reason every 20-40 minutes. After being over THREE HOURS into it, it locked me out again. I called back and one of their reps told me I am SOL until Monday and that they cannot issue a refund or unlock my account. Save your time and money and learn from my mistake. Horrible experience. I would never recommend them to anyone!
