The most unprofessional real estate company I have ever seen. They don't do anything in writing. Even if you give an offer, nothing is in writing. We gave three different offers on one property and been waiting four weeks for an answer. They never got back with us. We are cash buyers with over $150,000 to spend. I have never seen anything like it. Even if they didn't like our offer, you would think you would at least get some kind of answer. We offered $72,000 for a $79,000 property.
