If you have an issue or anything that will require the assistance of a CSM save yourself the trouble and DON'T go in the evenings!!
The 2 young men whom are the to CSM's that are always working in the evening's are a complete joke!! They are of no assistance at all and treat customers as if your annoying them with there required assistance and whatever it is you can bet the answer will be NO!! I've contacted Walmart Corp 2 dif times and both times was informed i was right and was directed to pick up a gift card at the service desk for my trouble.

Terrible. Just awful.

So i made an appointment for 10 am. I was here at 9:30. They didn't get my car in until after 11. During this time, they had other cars that came in after me in and out. I am still here now as a write this. Looking at my car and they haven't touched it. It's almost 12 now. Not even worth the cheap price. This is bull crap. Never ever coming here again.
