They are wonderful! They are quick to respond if I have questions about Emmitt and they are flexible to see him if he needs to be seen immediately. For instance, after we had him fixed through a different clinic, we noticed an infection starting. They were quick to see Emmitt and prescribed antibiotics that cleared up the infection within a couple of days. Emmitt has since had ear infections and MVC swabbed his ears and gave us two medicines to take home. Emmitt felt better almost immediately. I highly recommend MVC! Thank you for all you’ve done and what you continue to do!

Dr. Clark is the best! She brought my dog back from very bad shape and she is now doing great! I owe so much to Dr. Clark!

I can't believe the fullness of these other reviews! This clinic is my one and only. Not only are they the best price wise but they work with you if you are short on cash. Their new doctor... doctor Clark is the best. Dr Childers is great too. They gave me a bunch of free stuff for my puppy AND took the time to talk to me about his health!!! I love their techs! They reallycare and you can tell. I would recommend them to anyone. Oh and to that other reviewer that was asked to go to the ER... that was probably in his best intErnest. They wouldnt have told you to go if it wasnt what he needed.

This is by far the worst vet! The people at the front desk are rude and could care less about you or your pet! I took my rescue dog in and I told them before we went back in the room that he is very nervous and shy around new people but if you let him get to know you for a minute he will be fine. I wait in the room for almost 20 minutes then the vet comes in and I explain again about my dog being scared of strangers she then corners my dog and try to pet him while scares him half to death so obviously he wanted nothing to do with her after that and I had to calm him down. then she goes on to tell me my dog is aggressive and he needs to be put down! needless to say I walked out and never went back! they don't care about anyone or their pets so if you love your pet take them somewhere else!!!

O stars is what this place deserves. They treat your animals roughly, noone at the front desk knows anything, they lie and over charge. They are not in it to save an animal if they need medical attention such as a rescue dog. The first thing that comes out of their mouths is don't save it put it down!!! If you have more then 2 dogs the office people bad mouth you and say you have to many to others. What I dont understand is what is it to them if you have 2 or 5 dogs? As long as they are taken care of properly and fully vetted. Guess they don't want peoples money or they would change how they treat not only your baby *pet* they would also treat the owners better. I would recommend you take your beloved family member else where! They should be shut down for their treatment!!!!

It's unfortuneate that I have to give this clinic one star when they deserve none. Jerri at the front desk has never been any help but rather propped up there to deflect calls to the office manager or the vet. Jerri wants you to think she's there to help but she can care less about you or your animals. I have to believe that she is somehow related to Dr. Childers since the Dr Childers obviously allows her to continue her abusive ways since she has been acting this way for years. I would not recommend this vet office unless you just want someone to abuse you and then pay them for it. Jerry retire, it's way past time.

Do not take your pets here. I have taken my pets here for several years and when my dog was having a stroke and I called them right away on a Saturday morning at 1030 am I was told they couldn't see her take her to a animal emergency hospital in Canton/Akron area. They had seen her for 3 yrs for all routine shots etc and did 2 surgerys on her in that time, but they didn't care that she may be dying they were busy.So when they tell you they keep appointments for emergencies on Saturday mornings don't believe them! I called a animal hospital in Salem Oh who told me bring her in and they had never seen her, if not for them my dog may have died that day. I don't know about you but my animals are part of my family and I will no longer use this vet for any of my pets, nor will my other family members who has had their own experiences with them, because they also price gauge you for a office visit charge for non prescription medication such as frontline.
