The absolute worse. At one time he was good but the second time I hired him was awful. All of my rooms have to be repainted. My kitchen has to be replastered , I am told, to look at least decent. He didn't steam off the wall paper properly, used a putty knife to remove the wall paper, destroying my plastered walls. After a few months, the paint is blistering and makes the walls look even worse. My powder room was patched before painting and it is now cracking where it was repaired. I need to have dry walled and repainted. I actually wouldn't give him any stars if I didn't have to.
