I recently hired my first employee but needed a lot of hand holding as I knew close to nothing about payroll. I worked directly with Jason Saul and from the first phone call I made, I knew exactly what was needed to get my company's payroll up and running. He was able to walk me through the process of obtaining my tax ID's for PA (something I had zero clue how to do on my own), getting workers compensation insurance, and even training me on how to use their online system. I considered using another company closer to where my office is in West Chester but am so glad I chose Payroll Factory instead. Easy signup and everything has been smooth sailing since.

I've been using Payroll Factory for years now and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Whenever I have a question or need help with something, they're just a phone call away. It's nice to work with a local company like them that supports all of our needs and has our best interests in mind. Everyone there is a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend Payroll Factory to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy payroll conpany!

Switched our payroll over to them back in April and I couldn't be happier with the decision. Their web system is extremely user friendly, anytime we have questions they are always just a simple phone call or email away and they were even able to cut our bill in half. Highly recommend them for any business big or small!

No W2s sent. When phoned in Feb. told they couldn't speak to you and to "phone your employer." Rude and hung up on me. Never knew any payroll co. behave like this.
