DO NOT RENT HERE! DO NOT RENT HERE!! THERE IS NOTHING BUT KIDS, LOUD CARS, DOGS, INCOMPETANT MAINTENANCE, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT - AND I MIGHT ADD THEY ARE MISERABLE. UTILITIES ARE A TOTAL RIP-OFF - YOU PAY FOR EVERYTHING AND GET NOTHING! LAUNDRY MACHINES ARE FILTHY! THIS IS HOW THEY ROPE YOU IN: THE LEASING OFFICE IS GORGEOUS, THE CLUBHOUSE IS GORGEOUS, THE POOL IS JUST LOVELY - THAT'S WHERE IT ENDS!! PLEASE!! DO NOT RENT HERE - THIS IS A YEAR OF MY LIFE I WILL NEVER GET BACK!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

The first impression of this apartment complex is much more impressive than actually living there. Some (not all) of the staff is so ignorant that I'm surprised they're employed in a position where they're required to interact with customers. I work 7 days a week and am only in my apartment to eat,sleep and shower. I was paying over $200 per month for heat ITSELF because its 'shared' within the communtity- 200$ for one person? I find it hard to believe that a 3bedroom 4 person lease was paying 4 times that. In addition to this, parking was insufficient, tenants didn't clean up their pets crap and the buildings (at least mine) had a muggy disgusting odor. The parking was so bad, i would come home at 3 am from work and have to park buildings away and walk to my door... not safe and not something i would do again!! Some cars were parked there and never moved!
