I have been very frustrated and very disappointed in Benchmark Management. My complex just hired Benchmark about a year ago and it's been a disaster. Our hallways and common areas are filthy, our lawns have giant areas with no grass! They have mismanaged our maintenence fees more than once. We have personally called them more than once and we never receive a phone call back. I suggest NOT purchasing property in any complex that benchmark manages. It has been a horrible experience.

I have been living in my community for 15 years and in those 15 years we have had all the big name management companies in westchester. Finally our board hired Benchmark Management in Mamaroneck and I can see the difference in our community almost overnight. After so many years of being neglected and ignored Benchmark has turned us around. Our landscaping is impeccable and our premises are clean. Even the employees are more responsive and someone always also picks up the phone when we call their office we couldn't have asked for a better choice. I now look forward to staying here after thinking it was time to sell or move just a month ago. I can't wait to see what other new changes will come!
