The only positive that came out of my experience was an employee by the name of Val who no longer works there. Go figure. I thought the quality of product and customer service would be worth investing my hard eared dollar when I did a bathroom for my first home. Well, not even a year later I had issues with my vanity mirror (the lead peeling off?) I was referred to the manufacturer who was completely unhelpful and even downright nasty for me questioning the quality of his products? Fenimore washed their hands of the issue and stood by the manufacturer insisting this issue was due to my cleaning the mirror with Windex... honestly who DOESNT clean their bathroom mirror with Windex??? Did not even offer to split this replacement with me half way. Also the HOT and COLD buttons on my faucet came lose and fell out in less than a year... not replaceable. Never thought I'd say this but I guess Home Depot IS a better option.
