My family has been going to Paging Concepts for years. The service is absolutely amazing! If we need help about our phone they know every answer. If we need help with our bill they explain it to every last detail. They know what accessories are needed and fit perfect with our phones (which are not all the same). The Owner Ron is great, he tell you nothing but the truth about every products, he doesn't just try to sell them to you. A owner who cares about the product and consumer. A true pioneer in the Mobile Phone Business. Only if more places would operate like them. We will continue to shop and visit here as long as I have a phone. I encourage everyone reading this to visit them. Switch carrier if you need to, because this place is worth the service.
