We had the opposite experience. Someone was prompt and helpful and showed us the wheelchair entrance. The waitress was prompt and attentive. The grill is medium price. (More toward the Rafters than Denny's) but very good

and well worth the price. Contrary to Google the grill is open on Saturday. Hope the previous reviewer had a one off bad experience.

Upon entering the restaurant at 5:30 p.m. there was no one welcome us. After a few minutes a waitress who was coming into work aske dif we had been helped. We told her no and she said she would get someone. A few minutes later a different waitress comes by and asks the same thing. She also says she'll get someone. At lease another 5 minutes before the manager who was in the bar and appeared to be drinking when we saw her earlier actually comes out to greet us and asks us to wait as they get a table ready???? The service staff and manager weren't even friendly or apologetic. It's 5:30 and there is hardly anyone in the restaurant. The bar has a few people. We finally sit down and the food takes forever and is edible but not very good. It's not a cheap place either. As we leave we see the manager in the bar hanging out with the locals. Pass this place up and go somewhere else. We will next time.
