Based in Mammoth Lakes, Calif., Tamarack Lodge & Resort is in hospitality business since 1924. Situated in California's Eastern Sierra mountains, the resort hosts weddings and special events. Tamarack Cross Country Ski Center is 19 miles of groomed track that meanders around Twin Lakes and the Mammoth Lakes Basin. The resort holds winter naturalist tours as well as full moon tours. Tamarack Lodge & Resort is ideal for ski holidays, summer vacations, family gatherings and romantic getaways. The resort has eco-friendly cabin made from environmental friendly hardwood flooring, recycled carpeting and decking material, energy efficient windows, recycled fiberglass insulation and other locally available materials. The resort also uses locally grown produce in its food preparations.
