The office staff and delivery staff are very helpful and friendly. Ryan was the one to usually deliver my dads supplies and he was always knowlagable, kind, and considerate. But after being a customer of Pioneer Medical for over 5 years they contacted my parents very late yesterday evening to tell my dad they would be picking up his oxygen supplies because he needed to be reapproved because he was receiving medicare along with his current insurance. We understand that but they should have given him some sort of notice. My dad is very much oxygen dependant, with 2 PEs, COPD, DVTs, nueropathy that effects his diaphragm, and a long list of many other medical illnesses. He cannot go without his oxygen. They did agree to wait 3 days after my mother explained this but it still is very short notice! As I said, the staff is very helpful but this turn of events has lead us to find him another oxygen supplier.
