Terrible Service

Called ahead to Manahawkin Enterprise to insure they accept debit card for one way rental. Told they did. Get there in person and informed they cannot because my license is out of state. Use my father as primary renter with his credit card. Staff tell me I can pay with my debit card when I turn car in at Newark airport (instead of having fathers credit card charged). Newark Enterprise tells me they can't do that. However, they say they'll make a note in the system "freezing" transaction until they contact me at number I provide. They also write I'll be flying and not avai k able fir several hours.

I land in Denver several hours later and find they've already charged the credit card.

Uggghhhh! Terrible experience from start to finish.

Word of warning!

If returning a rental from a different Enterprise location, they WILL find and make you assume responsibility for the "accidents" of ALL tiny dents and dings!! Take lots of pictures prior!!
