Food was below average, which is more than I can say for the service. After server Summer took the check and my 12% tip (which I thought generous at a buffet), she returned and explained to me and my guests how I need to leave 20-25%. I asked to speak to the manager, who never came. I found the manager myself, who made excuses for the server.



Bad enough being embarrassed by choosing a subpar restaurant, but the service and attitude topped it off. I might try the next buffet when they are gone!

It wasn't fantastic but it was ok! The food was bland and the food wasn't all thAt warm either. I wouldnt spend the 16$ for dinner but a 10$ lunch might be worth it. I had a problem with service unfortunately,we requested a booth due to having a toddler and so they put us in the back part of the restaurant and just a few booths down I guess the workers were eating a were yelling and talking so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. I also saw our waitress and the owner eating in the dinning room with other guests there. It was very unprofessional. It took them forever to refill drinks but when we got our check they would come back every 5 min to see if we were ready to pay. The only highlight of the when experience was the ice cream. They have several hard ice cream.flavors and the soft serve was great quality. I would eat here again but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so. I would much rather go to ocean east or just order in at home.

Cold food with absolutely no flavor. Worst $16 ever spent. Truly disappointing. Watered down butter sauce & chocolate syrup. Dry & warm sushi. No flavor in the crab legs what so ever. The food that was supposed to be hot taste like it just came out of the fridge. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE eating experience. DO NOT GO TO ICHIBAN!!!!

OH, SHUT UP !!! Being a resident of Stafford Twp. for 15+ years, I see how few people Love to give a New Eating Establishment their "very RUDE remarks" so others might receive a bad 'Taste' before going there to enjoy a nice meal away from home or brought back to their home where they may feel more comfortable. Just because YOU dislike something soo much, why spend your Priceless Free Time trying to Ruin someone else's. Go eat SOMEWHERE ELSE. I haven't had the Pleasure to eat there yet. BUT I will not go there with a chip on my shoulder. Please LEAVE us Alone. I hope everyone reading this can consider my PRE-Review Helpful. Sorry I can't put a Real/Truthful rating yet, But, I refuse to put a 1 Star since I need to try myself. Thanks, John R. 12/9/2014

We are so happy that we ignored the terrible reviews that are given below. We had a lovely lunch today at Ichiban! The sushi was great and the other food selections were great as well! The cold selections were cold, the hot selections were hot, and all were kept filled. The wait staff was pleasant and attentive. We don’t live close by but we will return.

We had high expectations because the previous restaurant that occupied that building was my boyfriend and I's favorite place to eat. However the food at the new Ichabin was cold, the selection was limited and the waitresses made the dining experience uncomfortable. Not going back ever. Rather take the trip to the Harvest Buffet in Waretown

This place has to be the worst buffet I ever have eaten at. Being newly opened you would think that the owners would go out of their way to make a good presentation of the food. Not here. Most of the food was luke warm and the food that was displayed was gathered together in a small circle in a large pan and did not look appetizing at all. The selection was very limited. There was no one manning the cook to order grill. The sushi was lousy as was the rest of the food. The table service was non existant. I had to chase the server down to get a drink refill and to remove the used dinner plates as well as the check. This being even though there was less than ten customers in the place. Their credit card machine was I ever had. All the local take outs are 1000 percent better than this place. I pray that we don't get sick.
