been w/ since 2004. started w/ 3 young children, now teens. still felt obligated, havent agreed w/ some of their diagnosis and/or ways, but........the biggest problem up till now was the wait, being put in a exam room for over 1 hour at times, had a great rapport otherwise, thought it was unprofessional & inconsiderate. just recently, my daughter was denied a referal for 2 tests that at her last visit,approx. 6wks ago. my daughter explained her symptoms, they ordered blood work & made the suggestion she see the appropriate physician. she did all the above & here we are. i myself am appalled. the way i was spoken to along with my insurance company, the words they used were disrespectful, condescending, rude, just to explain a few. this episode was reported and really didnt have to be this way. it seemed to me it wasent about the well being of my daughter, but a monetary issue. funny thing is, they owe me $!!!!!!
