Beautiful products and excellent service. Saw selling in Manhattan and highly recommend. What a difference something hand made in ireland is versus junk in Walmart and target. Buy from these guys!!

My brother and I made separate orders through the Donegal Importers website within a few weeks of each other. He received his only after several months of incessant emailing and filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I still have not received mine and it has been nearly 4 months.



I've emailed (no response) and posted to their Facebook page. John Murray (the owner) responded to my initial Facebook comment saying they had lost inventory in Hurricane Sandy. However the home page of their website very explicitly states that their entire inventory remains intact. I should add that he deleted my comment and blocked me from the page shortly after. DONEGAL IMPORTERS - TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I ordered a Newsboy cap (Boardwalk Empire cap) from Donegal Importers in mid to late Jan of 2013. The cap was a gift for my father's 62nd birthday. It's almost March and I haven't received the hat. What I have received is a few emails from John who keeps promising that my hat will be shipped out. I've had no response email/phone in the last 8 days despite several attempts and no sign of the hat anywhere. It's now Feb 27th. My experience will tell you to purchase your hat somewhere else. I encourage you to do so. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB.
