Worst experience ever. Ordered window treatments for whole house. Gave $1,000 deposit in February. Scheduled install end of May after I had to contact store numerous times. Gave excuse for not showing. Rescheduled for next week, got lamest excuse for not showing. After many attempts to call store , Al actually answered the phone and hung up when I told him my name. I was shaking after this. Just couldn't believe it. Credit card company credited back my account.

Terrible is all I have to say. Price is good, customer service is for the birds. Stay away. The aggravation is not worth it.

They have the absolute best customer service, Alan did the blinds in our tanning salon, they look amazing and they were priced very reasonably.

HORRIBLE customer service! They never return calls. They never come when they say they will come. Their prices are good but DEFINITELY NOT worth the aggravation.
