I spoke with you yesterday regarding my Versys 650. I was able to install the spring and oil tonight per your recommendations. I took it for a ride and everything is just perfect.

evening Klaus, put on 700+ miles since Saturday, I'm very happy with the new suspension! I set up the fork setting per your suggestions, and I can't believe it I didn't check settings on shock prior to install.

Yesterday I rode w/my wife & no luggage on the same roads we were on 3 weeks ago...the bike handled great, held its line and no "wallowing". I figure I was riding about 75% pace and was very happy, I'm looking forward to riding solo while picking up the pace. But overall i'm extremely happy especially with the value. I agree, no valving required on the forks.

I just wanted to say Thank You for making an affordable suspension upgrade for my 2014 FZ09.
I had it installed a couple weeks ago. There is a 200% difference in the way it use to ride and how it rides now. I feel confident when I go into turns now, there is no pogo effect she is planted and on rails! Thank You!!!

Having just completed Europe to Bangkok( via Russia, China) on our 1200 GS outfitted with
HyperPro Suspension riding two up we are very impressed with their performance, again.
The same shocks carried us from Alaska to Ushuaia.

Klaus, Great job on the rebuild of my ESA suspension on the BMW K1300 GT. The bike is like a different machine. Handling, cornering are perfect. The suspension geometry sets up and stays steady. I thought the bike handled well with the stock set up. This is 100 percent better.

Your service ROCKS! Am excited to see the new shocks and get them installed this weekend, they will get a good test on my trip to Colorado and New Mexico!

Excellent service customer service. The rapid creation and delivery to the customer. Thank you! Ordered Huperpro springs GL1800,10. After replacing the suspension just got a lot more comfortable in contrast to the OEM springs.

Just a quick note to thank you all for expediting my shock through the system from ordering, to building, to shipping it out. I received it in plenty of time to have it installed by the shop at the same time as my new knobby tire and sprocket. I figured I would be putting it on myself at night right before loading the bike onto the trailer.

This is my first opportunity to get back to you regarding the shock rebuild. Using the bike I tried all the positions and everything works well. The handling ability is much better, the ride control is much improved, and the shocks worked perfect just like new. I couldn't believe how poorly they performed before the rebuild, they degrade so slowly you don't notice and it's just not apparent but after the rebuild they show a remarkable improvement.

I just wanted to say thanks to all of you there at EMP Performance for getting my Gazi shocks taken care of ,wish I had known about you when I went looking for shocks in the first place . Just thought I'd send a picture of what they were going on , it's a 77 KZ 1000 with a Suzuki Katana front end and a Busa rear wheel in a McIntosh swingarm and as you can tell lots of other changes. Once again thanks so much for your patience , quick turnaround time not to mention getting them done under warrantee. I could not ask for more.

I got my new springs installed and got to road test them today. The difference from stock is like day and night. My wife is super happy now as she is not getting jolts up her spine from bad bumps. I picked a particularly rough section of road and left the cruise control on the speed limit, something I hadn't been able to do. You have given us a brand new bike. Thank you.
