I purchased my wedding gown back in 2012 along with my 5 bridesmaid dresses, 2 Jr Bridesmaids dresses and my mother's Mother of the bride dress from Hearts For You. They were awesome to work with. Very patient, letting me try on multiple dresses. I came back at a later date and tried on a bunch of new dresses (probably 25-40 dresses in the 2 trips) and ended up buying the one I was in love with the first time. My girls dresses needed very little alterations. They treated me like family, not a stranger. I would highly recommend this bridal shop to anyone looking. Their store is very nice & organized, unlike some other bridal shops I have been in.

I ordered my bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding which is on 8/9/2014. I live in South Florida. The store is in Central NJ. Before I ordered the dress I explained I would be visiting New Jersey in April and able to come to the store to try on dress and order then. After several calls with no return call I was told that was not possible b/c that wouldn't be enough time to receive dress. So I called in my measurements over the phone. I was persuaded "in the dress world" to order up 1 size. So I order a 6, when I would have ordered a 4. Turns out the size 6 needed extensive alterations that ended up costing more than the dress. According to my seamstress, The size 4 would have been perfect, no alterations needed.. I called the store for help. After no return call, AGAIN, I was told by the owner I could order a new dress (at my cost). The owner then denied that I was told I couldn't order the dress in April (when I was there)Her response, "Oh, honey, we would never tell you that. We've done nothing wrong." She basically called me I liar. I was persuaded into buying a bigger size. Then to be told they could order me a new dress now (in June) when they couldn't order me one in April(while I was in the area)is just absurd. I asked for some credit towards the alterations. The owner was willing to do nothing for me and kept insisting they did nothing wrong. This is very poor customer service. I felt very mistreated and the owner does not put the customer first. It seems they are super nice to the bride b/c they are the ones spending the most money. They could care less about the bridesmaids, especially me, because I live so far away. Not one apology, nothing, only "We did nothing wrong. Oh honey, go get it altered."
