To start off this is probably my first negative online review for any business.



This is the perfect place it you want your car to take a beating. I took my Jaguar in for a wash and the car wash ripped one of my grill panels. As soon as I pulled out of the car wash I went over to the vacuum to wipe down and vacuum my car. I immediately saw the missing grill panel and went back to the front to inform them to look for the missing part. He came back empty handed and said “nope, couldn’t find it”, like it was no big deal. To me it is a big deal.



As I was driving home I thought that was unacceptable and I called the ask him to look again. (it couldn’t have just disappeared) . He gave the BS crap that he’ll keep looking but he didn’t think he would find it (“buddy”).



I believe he found it or part of it and wouldn’t fess up to it because that would prove that the carwash was responsible for the damage.



And to think, I was going to sign-up for their Unlimited Monthly Plan.

Doesn't tell you they don' t vacuum the car as part of service until you get into queue. They charge like others that do vacuum. No change machine by self serve vacuums. To top it all off....the roof of my brand new car was gouged and scratched by their car beating paint chewers. Only had the car for 3 months and they killed my paint. Avoid this place at all costs. It's cheaper to have a dirty car than to clean it here and pay the penalty price.....((>_<))

WORST CAR WASH EVERRRRRRRRRRRR..........MY CAR LOOKED WORST AFTER WASH THEN BEFORE....................DON'T GO HERE........MANAGER REALLY MEAN AND JUST OUT FOR THE MONEY........WATCH OUT--BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH--DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THAT PIG!!!
