After falling and breaking two fingers on my left (non-dominant -phew!) hand my doctor told me that I needed physical therapy and recommended Advanced Hand Rehabilitation. Andrew, Michelle and the team provided expert, kind, courteous, professional therapy. My condition was evaluated and a personal plan formulated just for me. Andrew actually made a brace for my hand to help stretch my fingers. It looks odd but let me tell you it works! Before therapy I was unable to do anything with my left hand...bathing, dressing, cooking, cleaning were out of the question on my own. I needed help with everything. After therapy I am back to being independent. It's a great feeling. I highly recommend Advanced Hand Rehabilitation.

I was in a car accident over a month ago and was recommended to come to therapy here by my primary physician. After the accident, I couldn't hold a pencil, button my pants, pick up my one year old or do any of the things I needed to at my job.

With the help of Andrew and Michele at Advanced Hand, I am well on my way to being functional again and have made extraordinary progress over the last month.

You can expect during your first visit to be evaluated: they check your flexibility, strength and movement and recommend exercises for you to do at home until you come back for your next appointment. These exercises made a BIG difference in my first therapy session after I was evaluated... Don't imagine that they waste your time because they are worth every minute.

Each session after is catered to what you need with exercises/therapies to strengthen, stretch, condition, soothe. Personally, my favorite is having my hands dipped in paraffin wax! :)

They are REAL and upfront with you and are in the business of getting you back to your life because hands are important and you don't realize it until you can't use them anymore.

I came here in February with two broken hands and fresh out of surgery. I still had a rod in each hand and couldn't even imagine taking the modified cast off to even try and use my hands. Within 3 weeks was able to make a fist and grip objects. Not only were Andrew and Michelle kind, courteous, and qualified, but the therapy sessions were not dreaded. They were filled with good laughs and the other patients along with the staff members were some of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of meeting. It was an excellent and professional atmosphere and I truly couldn't be happier with the progress that they helped me make. Although I am glad to have my hands back I miss the atmosphere of the office. Thank you guys so much for everything that you did for me, and I hope to see you soon, just not with me in a cast or brace.

After several blood clots, I lost the tips of my digits of the right hand, my dominant hand. I was unable to move my hand or use it - until extensive therapy with Mr. Aylett. His expertise and limitless patience saved me both physically and mentally. He was truly a gift during this difficult time, and I am typing this with BOTH hands - my right hand is now without limitations because of him. He never gave up on me, after being told my my physician I would never use my right hand in a productive way again. I am an RN, and will return to work sometime soon, all thanks to his healing hands.

Thank you, Andrew - you are truly the best!

Andrew and his staff give you a warm and friendly feeling from the first call to the end of treatment. I am able to things with my hand, in a few short weeks, that I wondered if I would ever do again. I have nothing but good to say and strongly recommend Andrew and all of the staff for positive results.

Andrew Aylett is an excellent hand therapist. He works in an informal small group setting infused with humor. I looked forward to my sessions with him and best of all, he gave me the use of my hands back! His staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs rehabilitation from surgery, an accident, or illness.
