Alice at Natural Therapeutic Care helped me tremendously. I injured my neck doing a headstand attempting a Yoga routine. I had very little experience with this type of exercise and I did not warm up. What a mistake! Consequently I injured 2 discs in my neck. It was extremely painfull and I couldn't move my head, neck or shoulders.
