Two office workers had screechy voices and double teamed me in making appt. for my 97 y.o. mother to have ears checked. They insisted on driver lic. ID for woman who does not drive. Seems like the office "mood" is one of those contagious ones. Both spoke at same time, with same tone and inflection in voice. The MD of course defended them and I am sure is not aware of his staff's attitude problem and how obnoxious it may be to other patients as well. I think the MD should research the "office mood" concept which is proposed for successful relations with customers, and just not negate this criticism.
