My family shopped here the day after Christmas and were shocked by the rude treatment given first to my mother, than another family member. A niece was confronted for carrying her camera into the shop (she was not taking photos), my 82 year old mother was ignored when she tried to make polite conversation, and when she attempted to purchase a Christmas ornament, she dropped and broke it. The clerk to her she now had to pay for it and the clerk and I got into a heated discussion that she is not obligated as it was unintentional. My mother paid for the $8 ornament out of guilt, and I told my two nieces and two sisters to put back the sweatshirts each was going to buy. I did wish the clerk Merry Christmas, and was ignored. I tell others that the people of NJ are the friendliest out of the surrounding states - but not here. One of our favorite shops each summer will no longer receive our business.
