This place was fabulous. I called a little before 1pm and the repair man (Arshad) was there by 2:15pm. He did an amazing job; fixed the 25 year-old unit I didn't think could be fixed, gave me some sound advice on general maintenance, DIY repair stuff, and then gave me a $50 discount that he said was for taking care of my mom (she is visiting and has cancer). A very sweet guy, a great price ($530), and I would like to thank them tremendously by hopefully getting them some more business through this recommendation!!! :)

NASH AND HIS CREW RESPONDED FAST AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN NO TIME !!!!!!!

MY HEATER WAS BUSTED AND MY FAMILY AND I WERE SOOOOO COLD I CALLED NASH AND HE GAVE A REASONABLE PRICE AND HAD MY HOME FEELING WARM AND COZY IN NO TIME !!!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! DO NOT CALL THEM FOR SERVICE!!!! I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM AND THE TIME THEY GAVE ME WAS BETWEEN 5-8 AND THEY RESCHEDULED ME FOR THE NEXT DAY! A GUY CAME TO MY HOUSE WHO DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE AND HAD A BAD ODOR! MY DISHWASHER NEEDED SERVICE AND HE TOOK 45 BUCKS FOR NOTHING, HE DIN'T EVEN OPEN UP MY MACHINE!!! AND ASSUMED WHAT PART HE NEEDED! THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF! THEY GAVE ME A $300 DOLLAR ESTIMATE FOR THAT LITTLE DISHWASHER! AHH WHAT A MESS, NOW I HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY FOR SERVICE! I WILL CALL BBB AND REPORT THEM!

They came to my home, took the broken knob off of my Range Hood, didn't call me for a week, and after calling them 6 times I finally found out that they couldn't help me but were going to keep the $50 deposit I gave them towards the repair as a service fee. Service fee for what? At the end of the day I'm out $50, my range hood still doesn't work, but now the knob has been broken off. Gee, thanks.
