They suck. My husband has been here twice and both times they didn't follow instructions. They cut it like they wanted. They have no clue on how to use clippers and sadly each haircut was done by a different stylist so it's not just one person who is clueless. If you want a military style cut that totally ignores everything you tell them you want, then this is the place to go. However, if you care what your hair looks like, then avoid this place like the plaque.
