I found this cleaners and have been using it for for many months. I haven't had any problems with them until today. One of my shirts that they "cleaned" during my last visit turned out to have a two inch burnt area on my collar. I took it back today with my other shirts. I wanted to file a claim, but the owner said there's no way that they could have burnt the shirt and that it must be a "food stain" (food stains don't look like burns). I explained that it wasn't a food stain - I only eat a ham sandwich at work each day and the collar is high up well under my chin so, so any falling bread or ham wouldn't have caused the stain (which was obviously a burn mark), he became more defensive. I explained to him, with frustration, that a good business treats their customers with the old adage "the customer is always right." I've spent $100's since switching my business to that cleaners, but he was not about soften on his defense and give me a few dollars for the damage to the shirt.
