Tried to help a small business while saving a few dollars. First, after job was done, he tried to add price for window molding when we agreed on price including all materials. Second, the window had a small leak. After three attempts to get him to come back out, he decides to throw more caulk ON TOP of the molding to stop the leak. But he did manage to stop the rain, except it looks like a 5 year old kid glued my windshield in. His excuse was that the rubber molding would break the windshield if he removed it and recaulked the window. Yeah, I laughed too! Looks like we will have to settle this through court. It would take him an hour to fix the problem but he went for a 5 minute fix. Now he'll have to spend half a day in court.
