We had Aits pump our septic system today. I have only good things to say about it.

First off, I've called half a dozen companies to try to get the price quotes. Aits was the only company where somebody picked up the phone, when I called. Others sent me to voice mail or called me back.

I was able to schedule for the next day service.

Aits gave me a 9-12am window. The truck showed up 10 minutes before 9am.

The guy was very polite, professional and efficient. The truck was shiny, newish and didn't smell.

He was able to reach the septic using the hoses, so he didn't have to drive the truck to the back yard and mess up the lawn.

All in all I'm happy with the job.

We used Aits to repair our septic during the purchase of our first home. Everything went fine with the repair. Aits said that the mound of dirt left after filling the hole would settle and be level. A few days after, the area they "filled" caved in, leaving a huge sink hole in my front yard. When we called to get Aits to fix the hole, he repeatedly said "It's not my problem, It's not my problem". How is leaving a big hole in someone's front yard not your problem??

I have used Aits since 1992. Very good pricing, no up selling, also a quick turn a round.
